With days coming and going, Tsaire has felt like he's achieved nothing when it comes to looking for a location to try and claim and settle down in, as well as trying to set up a Guild base. He had, however, made an acquaintance in the form of a large tiger called Mew who also has a similar task in mind. Tsaire had had a thought about teaming up with the feline and using that as a started in regards to getting a guild base down. Mew had his own family and Tsaire, his. No doubt they could rope in some others to get things sorted.
The heat had been increasing during the days and only caused the male to feel lethargic, but he hadn't had a decent hunt in a while. In the days since his initial meeting with Mew, the wolf had traveled north through he center of the island to an are he would like to claim and settle down. His current location was a no man's land in the center of the island that had no name as of yet, so it was either undiscovered or no guilds, felines or canines had chosen to claim it at all over the years.
The sun beating down on his blue and white fur made the canine warm and irritable, he grumbled to himself while looking for some shade. Deserts to the west, mountains and snow to the north and woodland to the east. Shaking his head, he took a moment before pointing his muzzle into the air and inhaling deeply, he needed to find somewhere suitable to rest and recover. As a breeze blew and he took in the scent, it was clear that there was water not far from where he was currently located. 'That's where I'm headed.' he thought to himself before heading off once more.
His gait was slow and steady, he didn't want to waste any more energy than he had to. At least where there's water there will be birds and other animals. Tsiare had always been thought that no matter how hard it is to find food, you are guaranteed to find something where there is water. It was almost like water was a communal gathering area for all animals. As the evening sun continued to beat down the thought of water was even more exciting as he could not only hunt and drink but also have a swim too. "Mmm." he groaned lightly as he picked up the pace slightly.

Blue flower fluttered against her ear as the scant wind gently disturbed it. It was a temporary peace of the warmer air, air that she'd grown up around as a child. The great tawny female was a lion and this sort of hot environment was the norm from where she came from so she was, while not content, alright with how heated it currently was. There were just ways she had to go about dealing with it... Like lounging in the shade as she was doing now. There was water nearby but she was loath to get up and utilize it at the moment. Instead she laid in the shade of a Weeping Willow and watched as birds flitted about overhead. They appeared to be happy, carefree little things without a care in the world. Just flying by overhead as they did their daily duties. Idly she wondered what it would be like to fly as a bird did. To just pass by those that walked by on land with clumsy legs. What a wonderful thing that would be... With her thoughts lost in the clouds momentarily she began to hum softly to herself. It was a soft little tune but jaunty and lively as the birds that she watched. It was only when the creatures began to fly away that she pulled her head out of the sky and turned to look at the water. Perhaps she should go to quench her thirst now and take a nap. By then the lovely creatures could be back. In the all-pervading heat she rose to her paws and slowly padded to the edge of the water where she dipped her golden head down to take a drink. Sweet, delicious, and cooling. Perfect. A sigh of happiness left her jaws while she looked down into the water at herself. Her flower had become a bit askew while she'd been resting in the shade. She should fix that right now. One delicate paw lifted to gentle turn it this way and that until it was absolutely perfect again. There! She thought to herself cheerfully before rising to her haunches. Ears twitched then as a new sound reached them. Slowly her head turned and those baby blues looked carefully in that direction of the sound. "Hello?" She called out curiously but not cautiously. Growing up in her sheltered homeland had left her without a wariness to strangers. It always made her twice as friendly and not nearly as cautious as she should be when out alone. A problem but one that was unrealized by the lioness as of yet.

As lethargy drew in on the males reserves, he could feel himself feeling weaker as the sun absorbed his energy. He had no overall grudge against the sun, as it was a life giver, but it was also a taker and right now it felt like it was working its way through Tsaire's life. As he wandered his paws started to drag, breaking the almost silent approach he always carried, and giving away his position. However right now the large white and blue didn't care; he was only after some shade, water and an easy kill so he could get enough energy to make a decent kill. The grasses started to change as he neared the wetlands and he started to move through taller grasses and he could smell the water in the air, he could almost taste it. ' Yes.' he thought. Hooded pink eyes could see the shimmer of the water not far from him and it gave him a boost of energy to get there. The scent of freshness, flowers and earth filled the male's olfactory system and he could feel a sense of relaxation drifting over him -whether that's from the setting or the dehydration and exhaustion, he didn't know, his goal was now in sight. "Water!" he exclaimed, using his rarely used voice. Just as he was about to dip his paws a sound, barely a sound to that, caught his attention but he didn't want to acknowledge it, but also felt compelled to. ' Priorities!' something chimed in the back of his mind, and the male knew which was of importance; water. Lowering himself into the water, he let the liquid drink him in as he was about to do to it. Cool, refreshing and most needed. Tsaire groaned as his weight was taken by the water and he lapped at the crystalline liquid with enthusiasm. Still the voice he heard niggled at his mind. Taking a moment or two for himself, he tried to distance himself from the matter of their potentially being another in the vicinity -not that he would know if it were claimed, as he wasn't noticing scents of others even if he did cross them. ' Oh, why...' he groaned internally before turning and wading back to shore. Hopefully if there was someone, he hadn't offended or pissed them off by bluntly ignoring them. " Oops!" he chuckled.

The large wolf and tiger simply traveled together. A canine and a feline. Two very different things or animals as some should say.. A new bond forming between the two males. Mew was learning more about the male and Tsaire about Mew, too. Somehow Mew had let Tsaire lead him to yonder. Because Mew was trusting the male even if it was blindly. He'd trust unless given reason to not. He had no problems following, so he couldn’t complain necessarily.
As Tsaire led them through a No Man’s land he kept himself fully alert. Senses were turned ON. No Man Land was like a warzone and anything was possible. Fights, wars, dominance, or even hunts. The sun that beat down heavily on the two creatures made them irritable and grumpy. Okay, so Mew was more grumpy because of the sun that kept beating on his monotone furs. It started to grait on his nerves a bit.
Tongue slipping from the tiger’s mouth as he sweated from the sun's beaming rays. Mew was no way purring in pleasantry. Hell no, he was purring heavily in thick anger as he vibrated behind the male. Blue electric eyes squinted as he growled. “This damn sun.” He spoke to no one in particular as he voiced his frustrations. His furs were hot and he was sweating. He was even growing lethargic and lazy.
Tsaire was set on his own mission as the tiger legged behind him. He could track the wolf if he got too far, anyways. His aura was pretty scary as was his mood. He snapped at anything he saw or came across. But it was then that the wolf had sped up. Mew caught the change and grumbled as he followed behind quietly. His thick paws pressed tightly against the ground as he left dense prints as if he was throwing a temper but at the ground.
It wasn’t long before Mew scented another feline. Not one he knew, but still a feline. Not a fellow tiger though. Nope it smelled of lion. He wondered if Tsaire had even picked up the scent yet, but he kept quiet as he prowled behind the wolf. As they walked closer Mew could see in the distance a feline shape. Once close enough it revealed his senses were right. A lioness! Damn, he was good. He preened inwardly at himself for figuring it out.
Seeing blue eyes that had looked in their direction, he stilled. Not Tsaire though. No the wolf was like one track minded as he searched for something. It seemed that once he found what he was looking for that the wolf had finally realized the presence of the female. Mew snorted as Tsaire spoke. He chuckled at the male’s response and rolled his eyes.
“Hello there lioness,” he spoke in a deep toned voice. He stopped for a moment before he thought out his next response. Quite a thinker and how he wanted to spin things too. Or to get others to say things, but then again he didn't beat around the bush and was intense when he needed or even wanted to be. He still didn't know yet. “How do you do?” He glances around to look for a lion or even a guild that may reside. He finds no scent or anything, but still he keeps friendly and cautious just as he was with Tsaire but less maybe.

The rumblings and sounds that had first attracted her attention turned out to be something. A large blue and white wolf burst out of the neighboring undergrowth and went straight for the water. It was all quite sudden the way he appeared and she found herself taken aback for a brief moment. Wow, was he ever strange looking... The only interaction with canines that she'd ever had was the African wild dogs and the occasional dhole that wandered near to her home. Never before had she seen a wolf --she assumed that's what he was from the descriptions she'd heard-- in real life. She found herself staring wide-eyed at him as he cooled himself off. Fortunately with her attention caught so, it didn't completely register that she'd been blatantly ignored... especially not when a second creature made himself known. She didn't even hear him coming but instead caught the scent and saw the gray and black shape coming from the same place that the wolf had shown up. This one was even larger than him, larger than her own father even! With the stripes that cut through his pelt she knew immediately that he was a tiger but, again, she'd never actually seen a real one from the sheltered life that she'd lived back at her homeland. Wow, had she been missing out. What an interesting pair these two made... Were they friends? How very neat! Her face seemed to light up as she grinned at them both and not to forget her manners she dipped her head politely in greeting. "Hello there, Mr. Tiger and Mr. Wolf." Wow, what a deep-toned voice he had and that coat of gray fur. She'd never seen a large feline with gray fur before. It was quite fetching! "I am well, thank-you! I hope that you two are as well... Trying not to let the heat bother you too much, I hope." This was said with an amused look towards the saturated wolf. It seemed as if he'd found a way to stay out of the heat quite well. "Oh! I'm ever so sorry. Where are my manners? I am Makyna Songcat..." There was a pause there after her words as she waited to see what their names were. That was how she was raised and it was hard for her to break any habits she'd formed with her close-knit but fairly well-mannered lion guild.

Maybe the heat had fried his brains or something because Tsaire had completely forgotten that he had been traveling with the tiger Mew a while ago and had seemingly left him behind. ' Forgive me.' the make projected to the tiger with a dip of his head and a sweep of his soaked tail, as he emerged from the water. Feeling slightly better, he cocked his head and looked from the tiger to the lion that had been hidden away in the foliage. A purring ' Hmm' left the male as he observed the female cat with relative curiosity, it seemed that he had completely missed her on his mission to find water, but it was clear she was not a threat. Taking a moment to shake out his pelt, the long tailed blue and white canine sprayed water into the air with no care. He then shimmied his pelt back int position and slinked towards the two felines and into the relative shade. Mew dwarfed the lion, it was amusing to watch, Tsaire did to, he was as large as an unmutated Siberian tiger in height, not so much build, be he too looked down on the golden feline. ' Greetings, Songcat.' he thought towards her, giving her a taste of his telepathy and waiting to see her reaction to his voice in her head, yet unspoken in her ears; a smirk on his lips and pink eyes glowing with anticipation. This was one thing he was starting to enjoy with his new found skill. It was kind of obvious that the heat had taken it out of Tsaire a lot more then Mew, Mew had been forunate enough to have a small snack before they set off, but Tsaire did not. It had been a while since he last hunted. He didn't care to respond to the remark regarding the heat, but instead started scenting the air for any other animals in the area, particularly ones he could eat. The air was thick with the scent of the Lion, and now with Mew and Tsaire, so he would have no luck searching in the direct vicinity. That aside, what prey animal would be dumb enough to stay in an area where two felines and a canine were gathered. ' So, Miss Songcat, have you been in this region for long?' the wolf's question was simple enough, but he wasn't asking as a matter of niceties, it was heading towards asking about prey, and then whether the two felines would assist him on a hunt if there was something decent about. Would this feline also be one that the male befriends, because if so it would surely cause some uproar with his family, as he hadn't known any of them to be too friendly with any felines, let alone two of them. A dull rumble from the male's stomach took him by surprise and caused him a bit of embarrassment; he dropped his gaze and swept his tail lightly with a chuckle. It wouldn't have been too hard for the two felines to hear the interruption and distract from their conversation, so his reaction was both embarrassment and an apology.

Tsaire doesn’t seem to short circuit for that long before the blue and white male wolf seems to come back to his senses after emerging from the depth of the water. Must’ve been refreshing with all the heat that beats down on them. Mew completely watches in silence smirking from where he is somewhat shaded by the trees as he wonders if he’ll use his telepathic ability. Because it’s Tsaire.
He watches the wolf closely and notices that he is indeed using telepathy seeing as he hears nothing coming from his lips. Or even sees. So he observes the lioness with the blue flower on her ear and baby blue eyes. Her reaction will be what fuels Tsaire and how he handles the situation. Maybe also some amusement to the monotone colored tiger. Mew is still unsure at this point, but under the shade and not in the sun he seems to be cooling off just a bit.
At least the lioness was polite he makes out. He greeted after she did and she even managed to introduce herself first and attempt to make small talk with the two. Mew liked this about the small female. He simply nodded his head in greetings and introduced himself briefly before falling quiet. “Makyna Songcat, I am Mew.” He didn’t use his last name when he greeted. No, Mew never introduced his family name unless it was asked. Or needed. Actually now that he thought about it Tsaire didn’t even know his family name.
Once he said his small piece, Tsaire had jumped in. /Unsure/ whether he could hear them or not he sat back and watched the scene unfold. From what he knew of the quiet male, Tsaire hadn’t introduced himself yet. Mew wanted to know exactly what the male was thinking as he observed from the background. His electric blue eyes glanced from the wolf to the lioness as he watched their reactions. His tail flicked behind him in amusement as his eyes sparkled with mischief.
A rumble sounded catching the tiger’s attention. Ear flicking in response he looks to the male and smirks. So he was hungry? Had he not eaten but saw Mew catch something even if it was more snack-like? A purr resonated from the male as he chuckled. His eyes laughed as he could see the poor wolf shrivel in discomfort from his stomach growls. It didn’t bother Mew much because he had eaten prior to their travels. He clicked his tongue as he scented the air.
Knowing for sure they wouldn’t find any prey within the distance, he wondered what the male would do. It smelled of three predators. Smaller animals and medium sized animals would know to choose their path wisely. Who would be stupid enough to catch a tiger’s, a lion, or even a wolf’s nose? Then again it was the circle of life and food chain. Something so simple..
Mew looks over to Tsaire and watches before butting in. "Hungry? Shall we hunt and continue this conversation along the way or finish and then hunt together or separate?" He asked. He would choose to hunt and continue the conversation as it help him understand the other two, but Tsaire was different. He rarely talked. He just used his gift. Still, he left it up to the male. Mew wasn't going to make the decision since it wasn't him that had a stomach growling for attention.

Oh, what strange customs they held or perhaps hers were. Maybe it was not of the first mind of the wolf to understand her implied asking of his name though the tiger seemed to catch on. He spoke to her in his rumbling voice to match her own politeness and gave his own name. A simple one it was. Mew. She liked it. Short, sweet, and to the point although it seemed rather strange for such a huge cat to be called "Mew". Maybe when he was a youth he used to mew a lot, the thought was absolutely adorable and cute to her but she would keep it to herself for the time being. "Please, you don't have to call me by my entire calling. Makyna or even Ky is just fine, I assure you." Just then she heard something... except, she didn't hear it. It was... In her head but a thought that she hadn't thought. Her ears twitched at the strange intrusion and she looked around as if expecting to see something... and she did. The wolf. Had he..? No. Did power such as that exist. If it did it would make sense why he hadn't seemed to react the same to her words as the tiger did. It was no doubt the wolf though as he approached them she could see the mischief and smirk on his face... On both of their faces. My, they were both in on this weren't they? A pair of pranksters they were. Makyna's friendly grin widened and she began to laugh in her sweet voice. "That's something I haven't... ah, heard? Before. A voice that is not my voice in my head. How very interesting, Mr. Wolf." She was amused now that she knew what it was and all the more intrigued by this pair. Could they do other things? What had she been missing while she was cooped up in her old territory? The world was such an amazing place with amazing creatures! So amused was she that she almost missed question that was asked of her. "Oh, ah, yes! I grew up in the Grasslands, the Cleomes Fields to be exact. I'm a wanderer now but my family still lives there." Easy enough to broach information from the amiable lioness. In her eyes she had no reason to believe he had an ulterior reason for asking of her origins beyond being friendly... Until she heard his rather loud stomach rumble. The golden cat had to stifle a giggle with one her paws. It was Mew who made the move to talk first and remedy this situation and Makyna spoke after him to voice her own opinion, "We could finish this conversation along the way... I happen to know of a zebra herd that lives not too far from here. I could take you two there!" She didn't know how wolves or tigers hunted but when it came to her and her family large game was always brought down together with her serving to separate the target from the herd. She would always offer her input when asked and honestly wouldn't mind a bit of a meal herself. When she'd been traveling alone the most she ever hoped for was rabbit or a straggling foal or fawn. When would she get an opportunity to exploit group tactics if not now?

As his damn fur started to dry in the heat and warm him up again, Tsaire gave a light shudder that ruffled his furs a bit as he looked between the two felines. As with Mew, it seemed that the female reacted internally regarding his intrusion into her mind -a disappointment, but he smirked and shook his head all the same, taking a glance at Mew. The tiger seemed to be watching both Tsaire and Makyna to see how both reacted and seemed also amused at the reaction, or lack thereof. Quirking a brow the wolf rose to full stature, pulling his elongated tail to pool at his heels, brushing off the hunger growls and listening to the female addressing the telepathy. ' Mm, it's a new trick.' he replied, but this time tried to aim it both felines. He felt almost smug that he had this advantage over the others, almost proud. The blue and white canine was still trying to learn how the telepathy worked, but didn't want to speak to just anyone about it, in case they take him as crazy. Fortunately both felines here had handled the matter with ease and didn't freak out, which was a bonus. It was only when the female was speaking regarding her stomping grounds that Tsaire realised that he had not introduced himself and wondered if the lioness had noticed this or not. Mew would have, as he had already encountered this issue when they first met, but it was something that ingrained into the wolf -do not introduce yourself first. Get to know them before giving away your identity. Now that would be fine and well if Tsaire didn't have such a unique appearance. Luckily enough the conversation moved onto hunting, something that Tsaire was more than eager to get on with. ' Yes, if you wouldn't mind leading the way..' he projected once more, hoping that both felines were able to pick up on it. Makyna seemed to be a gentle soul, trusting and easy going, good and bad traits all the same, as she may easily be lead astray or manipulated. As the trio moved through the grasses something in the back of the wolf's mind chimed and he felt a sense of protection towards the two felines he had affiliated with. Something he hadn't felt towards anyone other than his family. " Hmm..." he murred aloud.

Mew takes in the sight before him as he casually just sits. Leaning his weight to the right he leans enough to kick a limb out and lick his furs. Tsaire still hasn’t introduced himself, but Mew doesn’t bother to intervene. Mew knows that Tsaire was indeed talking to the female before the projection reaches his head. He licks himself as he just sits in the background amused.
Once he finishes his tongue-down bath he picks his head up as he looks to see what is happening physically. He could hear them, but was focused on his own task. Now he can see the two and their interactions. His tail flicks beside him as it thumps against the ground.
The lioness seemed more amused by Tsaire’s ability than anything else. Indeed she showed no negative reaction which caused Mew to look to the male and see disappointment in his eyes. He shook his head as he chuckled internally at the blue and white hued male. He didn’t know why he looked for reactions or if it was just pure amusement to him.
Explaining the whole backstory of her life basically the male nodded and listened carefully to what she said as he stored away the information. Maybe she’d bring her family too just like Tsaire and Mew were trying to do. He’d speak about it to her sometime later though.
She grew up in grasslands so she was used to the area where the three stood. But however, he was not. Sometimes he’d wander into the grassland borders when he was bored, but Mew didn’t like to be in grasslands by himself. It was too hot.
Mew himself was from forest-like area where the Suppasit family lived and still resided unless Aim took them elsewhere. Thinking back he wondered if Chopper followed him. Feisty small brat whom was his favorite even though she was older than him and Pree by a year give or take.
She took the initiative to speak about hunting as she agreed to his ideas. Shortly following after was Tsaire. He seemed more than pleased to go along with her idea of zebra hunting. He licked his lips as he purred loudly. “Deal. I’m in.” He smirked, his grumpy and irritable mood shifting into calmness. Maybe even later you’d see his playful side come out to play.
Mew was still regarded as a cub in his family. Okay, maybe not so much cub as a teenager. He was a yearling for sure but about to hit his two year mark. Still the large gray monotone tiger still had some cub-like qualities and the energy even though he held it in as of right now. But getting to play with a feline and a canine while hunting. That would be interesting.
As a hunter Mew was interesting. For small prey he liked to scoop them up in his jaws and crush them or even sometimes use his paws and crush them that way too. Sometimes he liked to play cat and mouse as he played with them. His size and weight helped in larger animals as it made it easier for him to take down. But Mew hasn’t hunted in a party of three in a while. Though he may be rusty, he certainly didn’t mind the challenge.

The lioness' dark tufted tail swirled languidly behind her as she stood there awaiting their reply. When it came it was a solid affirmative from the both of them. How splendid! A large meal for her in who knew how long! "Excellent! Follow me." And that was that. The three were on their way to find the zebra herd that her family sometimes hunted. Out here in the grasslands their were a fair few different herds that they came to know and hunt. The gazelles, the zebras, the wildebeest, even a couple of horse herds. The zebra herd just happened to be the closest one of those that she knew of and far enough away from her old guild that hopefully they wouldn't disturb anyone else's hunt already in motion. One ear flicked back towards the blue wolf as they walked along. His murmured noise hadn't gone unnoticed and Makyna wondered what it was that had disturbed him. "Is something the matter?" Her voice was kind and curious as usual though she wondered if he would let her in on his thoughts. Part of her thought not but it was polite to check on him anyway. As they moved along through the grasses she decided ti follow up on their conversation that they'd already started. "So, ah, you don't have to tell me if you don't want but you two must not be Grassland locals." It was written all over the pair with how the heat seemed to be getting to them so easily and because their lack of knowledge of the nearby herds. She also factored into the fact their species and that she hadn't known of their existence but she could also chalk that up to her guild keeping mostly to the family. It was easy to overlook the other animals that wandered in and out of the grasslands. Makyna also wondered how much they would share with her. Tsaire didn't seem to be the talkative type or the type that wanted to share very much, the tiger was a little more apt to it, it seemed. The talker of their group? Perhaps. Did it count as a group with only two? What about with three? She wouldn't dare entertain the thought without having hunted with them first. For all she knew they could just want the meal and then could be moving on without looking for anyone else to stick with them. Still... Wouldn't it be nice if she found someone to look around Taiga with? Being alone was fine but a lion was a gregarious creature and she was finding that there was a little bit of strain to being by herself. After walking for a bit she opened her mouth and scented. The herd was very close by now and she lowered herself to the ground after letting out a quiet "shh" just in case. She didn't want anyone to accidentally spook the herd that she could now spot up ahead out of the tangle of wetland trees in a clearing. They were calm and grazing, completely unaware of the danger that now lurked in the grasses. Makyna lowered to her belly with her bright eyes on the herd while her tail flicked behind her in barely concealed excitement. "The way my family usually hunted was to have a couple of lions play Separator while a couple of the others waited in the grasses as Ambushers." She glanced back at her very large companions, thinking that they would make very good Ambushers. "I'm very fast and always got to be a Separator to lead the target to the Ambushers. We could try that now, if you guys want. What do you think?" Always small, even amongst her peers she was used to getting a herd running and chasing them towards the waiting jaws of her companions. It was how lions hunted but she was open to hearing what the others thought as well. New ideas or something entirely different could be a good thing that would also net them a meal. Of course, traditional was a tried and true method.

It seemed that the heat was giving a bit of respite in the form of a cloud drifting in front of the sun; something Tsaire was grateful for. As the unusual trio moved through the grasses in a silent purposeful fashion, the female seemed to pick up on the wolf's murmur and it caught him off-guard; shooting her a wide-eyed look, he smirked before composing himself with a swipe of his elongated tail. " No, my dear." he mewed to her behind hooded eyes. Tsaire didn't want to give anything away and almost laughed at his idiocy. Taking a moment he swung his pink glowing gaze over to the largest beast of the three, Mew and rose his brows in an unspoken question to him as if asking he had anything to say or comment. Long limbs carried the white and navy wolf through the grasses, keeping him elevated and giving him a decent view of the scene ahead of him to which he narrowed his eyes and took in the details. It was a new area to him, a seemingly open and calm one that held the warmth of the island very tightly. The male's ears flicked and rotated towards the Lioness as she spoke, wondering about the males' origins, but she seemed to grasp that they were not from the local area, maybe taking that from Tsaire's display earlier with the water. His eyes glittered and he chuckled at the thought. ' No, I hail from the East, Baron's Edge. I was out getting a taste of independence and getting an idea of the lands around me when I encountered Mew on a hunt within Ranis Jungle, which is a neighboring territory to my own.' He spoke, well projected, to both felines in a proud and dominant tone, he was speaking of home and was rather protective of his home unit. The black smear on his face wrinkled as he grinned inwardly thinking about his family and all his siblings. ' I come from a very large family unit, and I wish for us to be more than just a family, I wish for us to form a Guild and form a friendship with other canines and felines alike.' This was the most that Tsaire had revealed about himself to anyone, and he was a bit unsure how to continue. He fell silent and continued to take in the sents and views of the lands before them, keeping an ear on the two others and their conversation. Tsaire felt a bit weakened in the sense that he had spoken so much, well it was only a little, but it was a lot for him, regarding his personal life. He missed his family dearly and only wanted the best for them, he felt that he had strayed from his tasks, but was also still on track. Conflicted the male's white and black face furrowed in thought and a bit of frustration; his retractable claws extended and digging into the loam with each step he took. Luckily before he could release any of the building tension the Lioness spoke about the hunting strategy her family united implied and wished to use it with the trio. Shrugging, Tsaire agreed loosely, not really focused at this point in time. It was only when Tsaire saw the stripy herd in the distance and finally caught the scent that his brain shook itself free and engaged into hunting mode. A series of actions took place as if automatic on the wolf; his head lowered to level with his spine, ears lowered and tail flicked out behind him. Closing his pink eyes for a moment, he inhaled deeply to gather information about the herd and process it, when his eyes reopened the were glowing and glittering with hunger, anticipation and predatory status, not to mention the saliva that was building up in the wolf's mouth. " Mmm.." he growled, slinking into a hunting stride ready to go.

More or so the monotoned gray striped tiger kept quiet in the background as he listened to their stories. It was explaining the origins of where they lived or how their family worked. Ky explained her origins and how her family unit worked with such ease and smooth. Mew liked how open the female was with conversing; she was so sweet and kind like the delicate flower that rested between her tawny ears.
Shortly afterwards it seemed that Tsaire looked up at the male to see if Mew would speak. Tsaire eyed the male in a unspoken way which Mew caught onto easily enough. He silently nodded his head in reply before he jumped into his own story. It was what they wanted to hear so Mew told them leaving out the irrelevant details, of course. No one needed to know certain things, but that didn’t mean he had to tell them right now since it wasn’t important.
“No, this is not my first time in grasslands, but I don’t enjoy it without being near my family, you could say. I hail from a forestry area, but after being kicked out at twelve months by my father I’ve found myself mostly in jungle-like climates.” He spoke firmly as he showed no emotion. He didn’t show emotion because he didn’t want to let either know he hated his father for kicking him out, but despite that small piece of hatred he felt he wouldn’t change anything.
Listening to Tsaire’s story that rang through both the gray tiger’s mind and the tawny lioness, he listened. He figured that Tsaire wasn’t much of a talker and with all the talking he did today the male was surprised. Now a story from the male intrigued him. He didn’t like to introduce himself first, but now he had. And now he was telling a story? He liked how the wolf worked. He was simple, but sometimes complicated at the same time.
Mew purred while listening to the story. This wolf had some guts to be honest. He wanted to build a guild that accepted both felines and canines. Never was it really common, but still he’d heard stories of it so maybe it was true. Mew didn’t know but oh would this sweet tiger find out soon? He didn’t know nor any of the others unless they could see the future..
Shortly a silence fell over the animals. Mew watches Tsaire and sees him somewhat get frustrated. He sees the retractable claws come out and wonders what has him so conflicted. However he decides to leave it as Ky speaks up and talks about her hunting strategy.
It’s smart. She is smaller than both by a lot, but then that would also mean she is easier at chasing. Mew and Tsaire wouldn’t be that fast as she is possibly because she is a lot smaller than the two males. However when Mew runs he has a long stride that closes the distance easily. Now he wasn’t sure about Tsaire, but he could tell the male was hungry so he cooperated easily.
Tsaire was already so far gone as the hunger seemed to take over him. Mew rolled his eyes before speaking calmly to the female. “Lead us your way and we can adjust. I think your plan is quite smart.” He smirked as he looked out seeing the herd of zebras he has been smelling for the past five minutes.
These zebras smelled so fresh and plump which made Mew purr. Boy did he love the smell and how it made him feel. His predator mode was being activated. God was he a beast while hunting and fighting. Mew was hardly recognizable considering his personality, but his looks were the same and the only thing that identified the male. Man was he looking forward to hunting this herd down.
Mew even took inventory of the territory as he remembered the scents and where the herd may graze. Had he ever want zebra again he’d come from wherever and find it within here. Ooh ~ Mew was very pleased indeed. He now has two food sources he could find. Within the jungles or the grasslands. Maybe three if he ever explored the mountains.

"No, my dear" his verbal response rang in her ears. It set her mind at ease and she didn't want to press him further, not after he continued on with his non-verbal response ringing instead in her mind. It was a strange sensation to hear but not hear his voice. The thoughts formed in her mind from an outside source. It was intriguing and a strange new thing that would take time to get used to. It really took all her will-power not to shake her head reflexively at the words. He told her of how he'd come to be traveling up this way and his ideas for his own guild. She could honestly get behind such a thing. Canines and felines together playing their strengths to help each other rather than being rivals apart. Never before had she heard of a gathering such as that but was not unwilling to give the idea a try. "Perhaps it was fate or destiny that brought you and Mew together to aid you in your idea. A very good idea, I think. Canines and felines forming a guild together, it would be very neat! Imagine, our two species coming together to put together their strengths for the betterment of both our kind." It was really a fantastic idea. When Mew shared his own sadder tale she gave him a sympathetic glance and a, "I'm really sorry to hear that..." And truly she was, the sentiment was reflected in her tone but she had not much more to say on it. The delivery from the tiger made it sound as if he was over the incident and was only relaying facts back to her. Still, she truly could sympathize as she'd been told tales of how her family guild used to be. The ruling males would chase out their young sons after they reached a certain age so as not to be challenged by them. Barbaric it was but the past couldn't be changed and some animals couldn't be brought to the light of peace. When they reached the herd of zebra and she laid out her idea the wolf didn't seem opposed to it and when the tiger spoke it was to praise her plan. If she didn't have a layer of golden fur covering her cheeks a blush would have been seen. As it was she simply turned her head away and blinked demurely before modestly saying, "Oh, uh, it's not exactly my idea. Just the thing my family used to do... but thank-you, Mew." As for her leading the hunt she had never done such a thing before. It flared up a bit of nerves in her and she began to knead at the ground anxiously as she turned back to the herd, working out all of her last minute plans. After it had all been done in her mind she spoke again, "Alright, I see a female off to the right that I can easily steer away from the main herd. You two should wait over there in that thicket of grass next to that lone tree," She flicked her tail towards a single standing tree that stood a few feet from the next treeline. This area was several yards from the herd and would give the lioness plenty of time to steer the female towards them. "I'll go over there and wait ten seconds before leading the female to you guys." The place that she indicated she would be waiting in was opposite the lone tree and several feet away from the herd itself. The grasses should give her enough camouflage to get close enough and her training would allow her to easily herd the female over to them. Yes, this should work perfectly. She looked at her two hunting companions and smiled with her tail flicking to and for in anticipation. "Sound good?" She was in a crouch now, ready to slink off as soon as they gave the affirmative. The hunt was about to begin!

Depending on how well the hunt went with the two felines, it would give Tsaire, even more, resolve in trying to ask them to form a Guild with him. He would wish to have at least a few of his siblings and family members within the unit also, but not the whole lot. There were some members of the Warfang family who despised felines with a passion and often spoke ill of them and told tales about how they were the reasons for certain disasters, such as drought, prey scarcity or illness. It seemed to be the older wolves who had this much of an issue rather than a recent couple of generations. Tsiare, however, had already seen what felines are like and was now in the company of two and performing a sacred act of hinting with them. Tsaire's grandparents were on the fence with having felines around, they didn't mind them as long as they kept to themselves, didn't veer too close or encroach on their lands or food. A cool breeze blew through the grasslands towards the trio serving them as downwind to the herd, meaning they Zebra would have little knowledge of the hunters until it was ultimately too late. Makyna spoke about her hunting plan once more and Tsaire located the areas she spoke of and smirked, nodding a response to her, feeling a primal growl building. He was looking forward to stretching his muscles and releasing a bit of tension on the hunting field and tasting blood once more. Glancing at the large tiger, Tsaire then slunk off towards the area indicated my Makyna, trying to keep his large self as inconspicuous as possible. It didn't take too long before he dropped his form into the tall grasses and shuffled into a comfortable position. Turning to look at Mew as he too tied to appear small and hidden, Tsaire snickered and shook his head before looking to see where the golden female had gone to. A bunch of clouds seem to drift in front of the sun blocking out the glare and heat for a while and darkening the scene as if making it even more welcoming for the hunters to be in their element. The Zebra still was completely unawares as the three got into position around them, remaining to graze and rest comfortably. " Ready?" Tsaire spoke as the large tiger got himself settled. The wolf's claws flexed repeatedly scratching into the grasses, his tail twitching and brushing against the blades with a soothing sound. Having never hunted Zebra before, he didn't know how they would react and behave, but he assumed it would be similar to deer that he had hunted before. Shifting his gaze towards the female that had been identified as the target, a low growl rattled through the canine as she poised himself ready to break cover once Makyna drove it this way. Between Tsaire and Mew it would be hard to see who would have more speed, as the greyscaled tiger was bigger, but Tsaire was long-legged and lighter, so he may have quicker strides. Whether it would turn into a fierce battle of snarls and claws between the felines and the canine was yet to be seen. But the hunt was now about to begin as the golden lioness took her position.
