Yellow rays from the hot sunlight beam down in the Ranis Jungle. However, the Ranis jungle is covered by thick vines and some trees making it almost impossible to penetrate the jungle with the rays. Some of the sun does get in though, even if it's just a little. A large gray mixed breed of Siberian and Sumatran Tiger is prowling the forest as if he owns it. This gray tiger has just entered the Ranis Jungle but has found no evidence of any living life inside that threatens him. Everything seems to be quiet since a predator lurks within the jungle. A small but deep purr resonates in the male tiger as he examines the jungle. Such soft blue eyes but that look so intimidating or sometimes even cold glance about as they study the nook and cranny of everything before him; the trees, the vines, the ground, and anything. Even his claws press into the ground as he presses his rough pads into the ground to feel it. His training from when he lived with the Suppasit family kicks in. Mew Suppasit, the gray tiger, has just arrived and he likes this jungle area. It reminds him of being home. However, the male has never lived in the jungle.. only in his dreams. But it all feels so familiar for the male.
As Mew has settled inside the Ranis Jungle he decides to explore this new foreign but familiar place. So what happened next? Mew went through the whole jungle in about six hours time and explored it quite closely. Along the way while the male tiger was traveling he heard some animals, small and medium, as they made way for the tiger. It seemed he was not the only one in the jungle like he first thought. Oh no, he had some food source in here. The sweet smell of rodents. And even some critters. Hell, maybe some carnivores walked through here. At the thought of food lingering within the jungle his pink-hued salmon rough tongue slid out from its moist cavern and licked his leathery lips. He even purred louder at the thought, but knowing Mew he would hunt once the sun began to set and the night creatures would come out. It was his favorite time to hunt. He was merciless hunter as his father, Arthit, taught him. And nothing escapes the tiger when he hunts. Because when the sun went down his vision sharpened in the dark. And he was a monster waiting for his next meal. The sun begins to set.. which makes Mew even more excited as he finally gets to start his hunt soon.
Now the bright sun has set and darkness of the sky takes over. Only the light from the sun shines and makes the moon more bright, but still it is quite dark as the moon cannot penetrate easily like the sun. Mew licks his dry lips as his predator apex hunting mode is activated. Fluffy-haired ears above his cranium flick as he waits for those ears to pick up something. Any movement more like is what he is waiting for. His eyes gleam in the dark as it makes the Suppasit male look like a devil. It's because of the small reflection when the moon hits his eyes. Of course, a small rodent decides to scamper about scurrying for some food or whatever rodents do that they evade their predators during the day.. causing the tiger to tense for a brief moment as he plans his attack smoothly. His ears catch the movement since they flicker and his eyes too when a small form dashes in his line of sight. He even inhales deeply as the scent invades his nose. His mouth salivates at the thought of a mouse for his dinner. It has only just began.. the hunt of Mew Suppasit's dinner. Since the male is larger than any normal tiger, he strides after the rodent with three long strides. With precise movement he pounces on the prey and traps it under a large fore paw. Using his brutal strength he squeezes the rodent underneath as he crushes it with his weight since he moves his body forwards pushing the harsh weight to the fore paw capturing the small pray. This was a bit too easy for the male since it was just a light supper and he had no intention of playing with his food tonight.. So Mew feasted on the small rodent and once he finished he licked his lips once more before he departed from the scene and wandered around to look for somewhere to set up shop. Or a rock to sleep on.. sometimes he could even be found in trees, but not tonight. No the male decided to wander through the forest.. but at least a big cat like him had the advantage of his eyes that made it easy to see anything that would cross his path.

Bright blinding light penetrated through the canopy of trees sending rays down through into darker unlit and light void areas of the jungle with each brush of the breeze, causing the leaves and trees to sway. The low groan of an animal irritated broke through the birdsong and critter noises as a large canine roused from his slumber in the understory of the trees. White and blue lay melted across an elevated branch, somewhere where one would not expect to find a wolf, but there he was. A silent, rarely speaking male with a tail as long as his body, slung upon the branches like any leopard that may reside.
Fortunately, there were no leopards or other jungle cats in this area of the jungle, it was an area relatively untouched by the canine and feline predators that dominated the island. There would be the often cross of paths but usually, it would be a civil meeting, apart from those times when some matter of dispute would break out and the air would be filled with a chorus of roars, howls, and snarls.
Tsaire yawned and blinked into the light, hissing in irritance before scowling and looking down through the leaves to the loam below. An advantage to him being in the branches is that smaller jungle mammals, like deer and such, have no idea of his presence; the birds seem to have accepted that he is there and he'll not take the effort to attack them. Glowing pink eyes fluttered in the alteration of light as he scanned the forest floor for any interesting activity.
Snakes, butterflies, lizard and the odd monkey -how uninteresting. Tsiare huffed and lowered his white and black head on his paws, continuing to observe, whilst listening to the melody of the forest for any signs of alarm or disturbance.
He lay there for much more of the day, feeling the warmth of the sun higher in the canopy fading, but still leaving the understory in a humid and stifling warmth that would be uncomfortable for some. Eventually, the darkness grew and the sounds of the forest changed, lower bellows of monkeys took to the air as they moved back into the branches and the clicks of bats as they left their roosts to hunt. It was not the time of the nightwalkers.
As the birds settled down and the forest quietened, Tsaire's acute hearing picked up the distant, but faint, breaking of a small branch or twig. 'Unusual'. he thought to himself with a frown, lifting his head to scan the darker lower levels. He didn't know of any other canines or felines who had had steaked claim to the area, so either there was someone else who also remained in the area or someone was passing through. Either way, Tsaire remained slung upon the branches waiting and watching.
He was the silent type, so he wouldn't say a word to give away his position and he had barely moved almost all day, so his scent was confined to the understory.
A shrill of a squeak before an audible crunch that silenced the brief sound. Someone was hunting. Lazily observing the white and blue male watched as a large monotoned tiger inhaled the tiny morsel of a mouse and quirked a brow in the thought of how such a large cat would choose a mouse as a target. Tsaire himself doesn't hunt anything smaller than a fawn unless things were dire, and at the moment that was not required. 'Curious' he thought murring to himself.

Aimlessly the male gray tiger who was much larger than the average tiger had kept prowling through the Ranis Jungle. Rough pads placed so soft that no one knew of his presence. It was his stealth mode because he had no intention of letting any creature know where he was. Otherwise what kind of tiger would he be? He was alone as of right now with no protection from any of his family.
Even though it felt so familiar, Ranis Jungle, to the young male of eighteen months, he explored and found his easy access routes within the jungle. The prey; snakes, birds, monkeys, rodents, and more was plentiful enough to feed his hunger and the trees were to his liking. They were even suitable for his size and weight. It’s canopy thick leaves hid the sun and kept him from getting too warm during the day.
Now some-days the male liked to bask in the sun as if taking a bath just without the water and he’d find a place if he wanted or felt the need. The bright rays of the sun would make him sleepy and he’d rest with exposed belly purring loudly when he felt he was safe. Without his family and even younger brother, Pree, he didn’t feel safe enough to bask in the warm rays. Because a family of tigers was more better than a lone tiger who could be taken advantage of.
Nothing was catching the attention of sixth generation of Suppasit tigers; Mew. However he had a feeling of being watched. Just with that fact, now something seemed to pique his interest. Just a little bit. Ever since the crushing of the mouse with his paw he’d felt a different presence. Even a vibe. He was mostly self trained in learning about presences and vibes from animals. It helped him adapt to his surroundings. The scent though was covered up so he couldn’t exactly pinpoint the direct direction nor did he know what it was that watched him hidden.
His long striped tail flicked behind him in annoyance as he tilted his head upward. ‘Where the hell was this thing?’ he thought to himself. Cranium pulling up he could see an interesting outline that laid within the trees. Who was it? It wasn’t a feline, but a canine. A wolf to be exact. So this smaller creature was watching him from the trees?
It was a good thing Mew didn’t hunt wolves unless they attacked his family. The Suppasit tigers were a generation of tigers who shared Tiganov with another species such as wolves. However, there was a quiet agreement between the two species. Never attack the other unless involved in a dispute. Thankfully, the Suppasit family was a family who never got into the other’s business. But they were a known family among the felines. Known for their strong traits.
A small click of his jaws as he wondered why the wolf was here alone? Bringing his head back down, Mew looked for the tree of where the wolf had climbed. Once he finds the tree he walks over to the tree. Pushing up his fore claws extend as they grip the bark. He pushes himself up, but does not climb the tree. His hind limbs are kept on the ground as he looks and even studies the wolf. “Hello there, Wolf. How long you been there?” Electrical blue eyes slowly filling with curiosity look up to the wolf as he awaits it's reply.

Dull amusement kept the male observing the large feline that strode through the jungle; their colours working well for camouflage in the dim lighting and mottled shade of the forest floor. Tsaire's vision however, allowed him to see just as well in the dark as he would during the day, so the feline was blatantly obvious to him. His elongated tail drooped over the branch twitched as he noticed the feline detect another sense; the canine almost smiled with anticipation.
If he were one to be more fluent with audibility he would have let out a dark chuckle, but instead, he remained draped across the branches, his pink eyes glowing with amusement. As the tiger finally located the whereabouts of the wolf, Tsaire lifted his head to peer down at it with a smirk. 'Ah, so you found me?' he thought, aiming the non-verbal question at the mind of the feline. -He was starting to discover a new trick but was not entirely sure of its success rate. The ability to project thoughts into the mind of another. Flicking his ear the white and blue male, or white and black for the appearance in the darkness, continued to watch the feline as it reared up against a tree.
Clearly, the Tiger was curious with the wolf and wished to engage in fleeting conversation, but Tsaire was one to rarely speak aloud. He chuffed nonchalantly at the tiger with another smirk and remained silent. Tsaire knew that it would take the tiger longer to get up to him than it would be for him to leap down from the branches. 'Leap down?' he thought with another smirk. He could, he could just jump down and land on the tiger, but then what? The size of the cat was still larger than him, and Tsaire was a large wolf even at his yearling stage.
A low internal rumble of dissatisfaction emanated from the nasal cavity of the wolf as he chose against his idea and in favour of picking his battles in a better fashion. 'A while.' was the thought response to the tiger's question. How the cat would react to Tsaire's 'voice' infiltrating the secrecy of its brain was unknown to the wolf but he waited to see the reaction. Confusion, Fear, Aggression, Self-destruction. Tsaire chuckled at the thought process that ran through his mind.

A moment of silence between the two males. Mew observed the wolf in that time as he tried to gage him. He was different than anyone he’d come across. It, the silence between the two, lasted briefly before Mew could hear the voice inside his head.
As he looked at his small leathered lips he noticed the white and dark-hued patterned male didn’t actually talk. Or at least not physically. Questions brewed inside of him, but he didn't dare ask yet.
He wondered if this so called ability was like the stories he heard from his great-great-great grandfather Apo. Apo told the stories of the divine gods and the gifts they bestowed upon those they deemed worth it.
He’d always thought that Apo was crazy, but right now it seemed that his stories may have been true. So Apo wasn’t crazy. He even remembered hearing Korn and Knock talking about it and sometimes Wanayihwa. Although he never cared for the crazy bitch Wanayihwa. It seemed that the canine gaged the male’s reaction too. The male’s odd behavior intrigued the monotone tiger with his amused behavior. Mew didn’t want to play into the wolf’s hand, so he decided not to react to his voice in his head with any emotion or shock. It also seemed that wolf was smart and decided not to play into the tiger’s hand either. Mew liked this fellow already.
Hearing a low rumble that resonated through the male wolf caused the tiger to purr as he chuckled. Once again that voice was in his head and he was very curious. Was this wolf blessed by the gods? He could clearly hear the male but his lips didn’t move. Lips were meant to move usually when one talked, but his didn’t. It interested him in a way.
“A while, huh?” Mew spoke. It was neutral tone. Not filled with warmth, but also not filled with coldness. It was more described as business. So the male has been watching him for awhile, but Mew has only just realized his position after catching his prey.
For some reason this wolf intrigued him. The male wanted to know more, but the wolf already seemed hard to crack so he’d have to wing his approach. Now it would be like a mind game between the two predators. Who would win was to be determined.
Tilting his head to the side he kept a calm gaze on the male. His blue eyes could see a bit of pink hue that shined in the male’s eye. Whether it was the moonlight that came through, he could see emotion swarming in the male’s eyes.
“So, Wolf, do you have a name?” He asked as his tail flicked behind him. It curled at the end but straightened as it followed a pattern of side to side shrivel up and then uncurl as it repeats that pattern again.
He wanted to see if the wolf would speak out loud or if he couldn’t talk out loud for some unknown reason.. But he also wanted to know if his voice would just be in his head. He couldn’t test the theory though because he was alone.
Now Mew felt stumped. And the tiger did not like it one bit, but this is the way of how things would go and he’d fish for the answers one way or another..

A small sense of disappointment washed over the male and he frowned, the Tiger didn't react in any excited or fearful way with having Tsaire's voice penetrating his mind. 'Odd..' he murred in thought. Maybe he had encountered someone with telepathy before, or maybe he knew of their kind. Shrugging with a sigh the wolf flicked his ears and appraised the feline, taking in the fluffy mane and piercing blue eyes that stood out against his greyscaled coat.
As the Tiger responded to the length of time that Tsaire had been there, a smile and chuckle left him, clearly, the Tiger was not as on top of his senses as he thought, or Tsaire was better at hiding. Not that he was even trying to hide, he was just relaxing.
So far the encounter between the two males of opposing species had been going rather well, there had been very little animosity between them so far, but that could all still change. In the dark dampness of the warm jungle a breeze blew through, rustling the foliage and stirring up scents from around them; Tsaire took a deep inhalation and assessed it with his pink eyes closed in concentration.
Name. No, Tsire did not introduce himself first. 'I do, as I assume you do also.' he played to the feline, reopening his eyes which were now alight with amusement and a hint guarding. A low purr resonated in his nasal cavity and he smiled at the cat, leaning over the branch like a Cheshire cat. Retractable claws on his hind paws flexed as he felt an anticipation building towards something. What? He didn't know. But if there was something, he would make it an easy leap to get some distance away from the huge tiger.
Still not speaking using his tongue, the blue and white wolf could tell that the feline was getting slightly irritated, maybe at the alien voice in his head, or more something else. "I do have a voice, Kitty." Tsiare eventually spoke; his voice deep and resonating, the last word spoke in a rolling way that almost sounded like a purr. That would be about it when it came to using his voice. 'I just choose not to use it, as I've had no reason to really before.' This admission was not a secret, he had never really been one to speak, and would use actions over words.
Pushing himself up into a crouched stance, his elongated tail dropped down from the branch, and he flexed his claws to maintain balance. Looking down, he shook out his coat and rolled his shoulders.

So the wolf was mind-fucking with the tiger. Great. Two could play that game. As Mew watches the wolf closely he can see the disappointment that overcomes the male. It causes him to smile that the unknown male was expecting a reaction. Clicking his tongue he purses his lips together as he teases the wolf. "Didn't expect that reaction, did you?" he chuckles deeply in a purr.
The blue hued and white wolf didn't respond to his question. So the wolf didn't do introductions first? It didn't annoy the tiger for he was very calm, but how this wolf acted intrigued him. He liked this wolf even if he came across rude. But also the way he went around the subject. "Of course, but let's not play these mindless games. I'm not gonna whack around the bush." He was straight to the point. He was one for being straight forward as his father was. Only Pree and his mother, Namtarn beat around the bush. So he just fed into what the wolf wanted. "I'm Mew." Simple and direct. No need for a grand introduction.
Finally the wolf spoke out loud for once. He grinned widely. So he was indeed correct and verified that Apo's stories were indeed real. Whenever the male sees the Suppasit family he would pay his respects to Apo and apologize about never believing him. Everyone assumed the old man was crazy. The next time the male had spoke it was back in his mind. It made him wonder when he received the gift? The wolf said he had never needed his voice really which interested the tiger even more. "How come?" He tilted his head to the side.
It wasn't long until the wolf's tail dropped off the branch and he could see him maintaining balance on the branch. He watched as he too dropped himself from the tree's trunk. Then Mew decided to sit at the base of the tree and just looked up. His tail curled around a hind limb. His ass sat on the ground with his fore limbs between his hips. Fluffy white mane looking up to the tree where the wolf hid himself. A small purr still could be heard, but it wasn't noticeable to others.

Having a good look at the area below him, Tsaire chose not to just leap off the elevated branch, but to climb down the tree. He turned and walked along the branch until reaching the trunk, then put his front paws on the trunk he extended his claws and slowly turned himself vertical with the trunk and climbed down about half way before pushing off and leaping a distance away. Landing with a muted thud, he barely made a sound, like the other jungle cats that hunted in the area.
Shaking out his coat, the blue and white make turned to look at the tiger, only now seeing the sheer size of it. Parting his muzzle, the tongue of the male dragged along the blackened lips of the wolf before retreating back inside and his lips sealing his mouth shut. Apart from the blue and white, the wolf had a 'smear' across his face from his muzzle up to his left ear, a black mark that broke up his features. 'You are magnificent.' the wolf spoke in his mind to the tiger as he looked the huge beast over. Tsaire was a large canine himself, but next to the Tiger he stood eye level with it.
There didn't seem to be any aggression charging the air between the two species, maybe due to their ancestors coming to a truce of sorts, that took out the bitterness between Felines and Canines. 'Have you a Guild, or family?' Tsaire had a family, but didn't know where they were at this point in time, he was setting out to form a Guild of his own, hoping to have his family join him. The male's pink eyes were soft as he looked over the greyscaled tiger and its long whiskers.

Still unknowing of the large beast's name he watched as he gracefully came from the tree. One minute he was draped along the branch as he watched everything below and then the next he was coming down the tree's branch and then their trunk.
It was actually nice to watch how he moved. The way he moved was smooth with no noise at all. Usually wolves didn't move like that unless they were hunting, but he managed to move so effortlessly. Mew was impressed.
He didn't feel threatened by his canine's presence either. He was rather calm. Nothing really scared the tiger unless you messed with his family.
When he came down from the tree the two species, canine and feline, stood at the same height basically. Mew was already larger than the creator of the Suppasit family and Aim was huge! As he hears his voice buzz through his mind he smirks at the wolf's comment. "You're not so bad yourself now, are you?" He purrs with a raised brow.
Now he could see the wolf fully and admired his size and markings. He still looked young too and is healthy. He was interesting to see indeed. He looked the male over once more and could see his long tail which was unique for a wolf or he'd never stumbled across one before.
It seemed that wolf checked him out too when he got down. The wolf then spoke again asking about a guild or family. "I have a family, yes. But don't we all? No guild. However I'm looking forward to finding one soon or making my own and bringing the Suppasit family to join." He shrugs his shoulders as he just tells the male off the bat.
What point in trying to dance? It's not in his nature. The wolf seemed curious so he answered all his questions as he didn't seem too bad. No the wolf was rather his type of thing he liked. Even if he wasn't like him, he liked his nature.
In a way it reminded him of one of the ladies in his family and how she always asked questions first and didn't respond unless it benefited her. Ladies under the Suppasit name were fierce, but also the mates.

Remembering that the feline had previously introduced himself as Mew, Tsaire had let the conversation continue on long enough. As the Tiger had not pressed for the wolf's identity, Tsaire felt impressed with it and was now happy to give his name. As the tiger spoke, the wolf's white ear flicked in response to a bug too close while his eyes remained on the features of the cat.
It seemed that both of them had similar things at heart, their family, but also forming a Guild and bringing their family to reunite as a unit. Tsaire nodded in agreement with the tiger, a smile of admiration pulling at his lips. 'We are both similar in the matters close to our heart.' he sent to the feline, still reading him to detect a response when he heard the wolf's voice. Failing to detect one, the wolf shook his head and chuckled. "I'm Tsaire. Tsaire Warfang." he spoke aloud once more with a chirpier tone than before. Dipping his head in a simple bow to the feline, Tsaire felt he would find a friend in this cat.
'Could a feline and canine form a guild together?' he thought to himself, his eyes drifting downwards as he entered deep thought. 'Would it be allowed and would we both be able to co-exist as one unit with both our families?' a number of thoughts ran through the canine's mind and he didn't know if any of these were being translated to the tiger at all.
It was a few seconds before Tsaire shook himself clear of his thoughts and looked back at the Tiger with an almost guilty smile. "Apologies." he murmured gently with a purr. 'Shall we walk, Mew?' he addressed the feline before turning and striding back through the jungle. It would be down to the feline as to join the Canine on this walk, it could just be a walk, or could turn out to lead to more.

And finally the wolf revealed his name. Tsaire Warfang. It was a nice name and seemed to suit the wolf. Warfang sounded ancient too. He remembered hearing something about the Warfang family when he was younger but had forgotten what it was. He did remember how Korn and Knock told a story once. Then again Korn and Knock were oddballs of the family, so he never believed them.
Korn and Knock were twins in the third generation and had the same taste in everything. Even mates. However Korn couldn't take Knock's mate away from him and they fought over it. So now for some reason Korn and Knock agreed on a threesome with Wanayihwa. Besides the point, Korn and Knock are the oddballs of the Suppasit family.
The wolf's telepathy reached him again. He said they had the same heart and goals basically. So he wanted to bring his family too? Interesting. Indeed the two males seemed to be family orientated. Despite Mew being thrown out at only 12 months, he still loved his family.
Even looking at the wolf in front of him he could see how he was meant to lead. He had a great purpose in life. Mew liked the thought. He could see Tsaire being a powerful leader with his size and gift. And his nonchalant attitude.
"It is nice to meet you, Tsaire Warfang." He nodded once before returning the bow as he dipped his head respectfully. It wasn't long until he heard a thought. Blinking he wondered if he was supposed to hear it or not. So at first he decided to pretend as if he heard nothing unless asked. But now that he heard that he wondered the possibility too. His family was pretty good with getting along with others unless provoked. Mew knows his family wouldn't be against it. But would Tsaire's?
Again there was his voice. 'Apologies.' came from Tsaire's mouth. He looked up and frowned wondering why he apologized. He did nothing wrong, did he? He was still puzzled before his voice appeared inside his head again. He didn't respond verbally, but physically.
He followed after the wolf in easy strides. They basically walked side-by-side as they took off on their journey together. A large tall and thick monotone tiger with dazzling blue eyes and a large white with blue hued colored with with a streak extending on his face and pink eyes. Two different species; feline and canine walking together.
Something was bubbling between the two parties.
Acquaintance? Friendship? Loyalty? Something.
Definitely something.. but what? Guess we'll find out soon ~
