ADVERTISING & AFFILIATION REGULATIONS
Advertising with Akehem is simple, but breaking our rules is easy.
We ask that you pay attention and post your advertisement in the correct folder and use the appropriate heading for your thread. -Advertisements that are posted anywhere else will be locked and ignored.
If you have not received an advertisement on your site from Akehem before then you will need to post in the First Links folder, whereas if Akehem has posted an advertisement on your site you will need to post in the Link Back folder.
Ensure the coding for your advertisement is suited for our site, we will not accept any advertisements that have incorrect coding and formatting on it.
We will not accept any advertisements that house nudity, obscenities, and vulgarity within them. Any posted will be banned from communicating with Akehem in the future.
Your advertisement will be accepted if;
- It meets the above requirements.
- There are no duplicate, incorrect posts. (Corrected reposting will be accepted once only.)
- Your site must be active for more than 30 days.
- Your site design must be completed and representable.
AFFILIATIONS - Currently closed
Affiliations are to be formed when Akehem and another site feel that it would be mutually beneficial to host a quick-link banner on each others site for advertisement and recruitment purposes. As above, there are regulations that need to be followed in order to be accepted.
You must have posted an advertisement or link back on Akehem before applying for an affiliation. (Not on the same day.)
Ensure you post in the correct folder and the form is filled in correctly.
We will only affiliate with animal roleplays in the following categories; realistic, fantasy, semi-fantasy, post-apocalyptic. Shifter and sites where humans and animals roam together are accepted also.
We will only accept affiliations into Static and Scrolling formations and require our button to be posted in the same section and we will post yours in the same. If your button location is not specified we will place it in scrolling.
We have a set limit of static positions, but scrolling is unlimited. If static is closed or filled then it will be scrolling or nothing.
- Akehem's button must be up and able to redirect to our site successfully before we take action on your request.
- As mentioned above, you must have posted an advertisement or link back prior to requesting an affiliation slot.
- No duplicate posts.
- Your site must be active for more than 30 days.
- There must be more than 5 active and posting members, not characters, on your site. (3 Members with 9 characters between them will not count.)
